Admission Process 

To begin the admission process, kindly submit the waitlist form below. If you require the parent handbook, tuition fee or any further assistance, please reach out.

Feel free to email us at maplerootsmontessori@gmail.com. Once we receive your completed waitlist form, we will contact you to schedule a school tour. During your visit, you’ll see our classrooms, experience the Montessori learning approach firsthand, meet our dedicated and experienced staff, and have any questions answered.

After the tour, we’ll email you an admissions package containing the necessary paperwork and application forms to begin the enrolment process. We’re happy to guide you through the application and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
